Who can enter? 

Any resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who is age of majority.

How can you enter?

It's really easy and should take you less than a minute. All you have to do is fill out this form with your basic information. You don't need to buy anything from Sobeys to enter. 

When it the draw?

The draw for the $10,000 grocery prize is April 30.
