Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year to go on a hike and this trail near Toronto takes you to some spectacular views. With a dreamy ribbon waterfall and red and gold valley, you'll feel like you've stepped into an autumn wonderland at this spot.

Spencer Gorge Conservation Area, located in Dundas, transforms into a fall paradise every October.

The area is home to two stunning waterfalls — Tew Falls and Webster Falls. Tew Falls is a majestic ribbon waterfall that is nearly as tall as Niagara Falls, while Webster Falls is a tiered waterfall with an enchanting stone bridge.

Spencer Gorge Conservation Area also boasts Dundas Peak — a magnificent lookout over a valley of fall colours and small towns.

To reach Dundas Peak, you can follow the Dundas Peak and Tew Falls Loop, which takes you past the beautiful Tew Falls to the top of the valley.

You can also explore the Webster Falls Walk, which features two gorgeous lookouts and a quaint cobblestone bridge, as well as close-up views of the curtain waterfall.

During fall colours, reservations are required to visit Spencer Gorge Conservation Area. You can book a 2-hour time slot to visit Dundas Peak/Tew Falls or Webster Falls, or a 4-hour time slot to visit both areas.
