In addition to a successful NHL career, Hyman also does a ton of charity work, writes books, and runs to companies.
Between all of that, he somehow makes time to be a doting husband and a dog dad. And pretty soon, he'll also be a father.
Hyman and his wife Alannah are expecting a baby this December. The player announced the news in an adorable anniversary post in June.
It seems that he has plenty to keep him busy until the Leafs return to the rink.
How many books has Zach Hyman written?
Hyman’s debut as a children’s book author came in 2014 when he released The Bambino and Me, a baseball story about a young boy and his favourite team, The Yankees.
His second book, Hockey Hero, came out just one year later in 2015. A beautifully illustrated book about an awkward young kid on his journey to becoming an essential part of his Pee-Wee hockey team.
Hyman's most recent book, however, is a tale about family.
The Magician's Secret, which was released in 2018, is an action-adventure picture book about a young boy and his grandfather.
According to the Globe and Mail, Hyman drew inspiration from his own grandfather for the book.

The athlete launched his first company in 2018, called E11 Gaming. Today it's recognized as “one of the most successful Fortnite squads in the world.”

When he’s not hard at work, Hyman seems to spend a lot of his time with, named Alannah.
The two celebrated their wedding in 2019 and the Leafs winger often gushes about the love of his life on social media.
“Sunday I got to marry my best friend in front of all of my friends and family. Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day,” he captioned their wedding photos.
When asked about parenting help, Hyman said teammate Jason Spezza is the one he’d turn to at 4 a.m. for advice.
"He's got four of them, he knows what he's doing,” Hyman said to TSN.
