Salary: $73,798 to $79,511

- manage the financial, human, and material resources for the assigned area
- manage employees and participate in the recruitment process
- respond and follow up with compensation-related issues
- develop and implement collection strategies and contingency plans
- monitor and evaluate the cost, quality, efficiency, productivity and security of data collection
- analyze and produce reports on the progress of collection activities
- solicitate participation from non-respondents, respond to and resolve complaints
- participate in committees to evaluate census collection activities and provide advice on modifications
- collect evaluation reports for the assigned area, summarize findings, and recommend improvements.
