Welcome back to Belgrave University! Over a year after the show’s initial release, The Order season two trailer is finally here, and it looks like magic is in the air. The Vancouver-filmed series shows off plenty of the city, allowing you to explore from the comfort of your own home.

In season one, we were introduced to Jack Morton as he headed off to university. As it turns out, Jack was seeking more than just post-secondary education, and he wound up joining the Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose as a way to avenge the death of his mother.

Yet another twist came about when it was revealed that Jack’s estranged father, Edward Coventry, is the leader of the secret society.

At the end of season one, Jack’s memory is wiped by his love interest and according to the recently released trailer, season two will follow him as he tries to piece together what little memory remains.

The upcoming episodes will also include more werewolf vs. wizard rivalry as the two clans compete in a power struggle across Belgrave University’s campus.

“In season two, the lines between good and evil are more obscure than ever. The Knights struggle to regain their memories stolen from them by The Order, and they crave retribution,” a synopsis on Slanted reads.

“But vengeance is hard to plan when you’re also fighting murderous magicians, strange cults and life-threatening demons. Does anyone even go to class anymore?”

From the sounds of things, Jack and his friends are in for plenty of action-packed adventures!

Several up and coming Canadian actors star in The Order, including Jake Manley (A Dog’s Journey), Sarah Grey (Once Upon a Time), Adam DiMarco (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), and Devery Jacobs (American Gods).

IMDb reports that the University of British Columbia was used as the set for Belgrave University. Filming for season two took place between August and November of 2019.

According to Atlas of Wonders, other filming locations used include Riverview Hospital in Coquitlam, The Hide Out Cafe in Carnarvon, and a property on Sangara Avenue in Abbotsford.

Other releases scheduled to hit the streaming service this month include season two of The Politician, the Rachel McAdams-led Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, and season three of Dark.

Season two of The Order is coming to Netflix on Thursday, June 18. You can check out the magical trailer for the series below.
