York Regional Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man "following an indecent act" in Richmond Hill.

On Friday, August 27, police were alerted about a naked prowler in the Bantry Avenue and Red Maple Road area of Richmond Hill.

Three days earlier, on August 24, he was caught on a security camera lurking outside a residence on two separate occasions — at approximately 2:20 a.m., and 10:50 p.m. — on the same day.

The suspect was fully nude, with the exception of a baseball hat, shoes, and a medical mask.

Police say he looks to be 20 to 40 years old, with an average build and a dragon tattoo on his upper right arm.

"Anyone who witnessed this incident or who can identify the suspect is asked to come forward," York Regional Police stated in the report.
