One of Ontario's most magical swimming holes is officially reopening for the summer. Located just an hour and a half away from Toronto, this dreamy destination offers bright turquoise waters encased by towering white cliffs.

The swimming spot is situated in a limestone quarry just outside of an enchanting village.

You can spend a day relaxing on the sandy beach, floating along the crystal waters and soaking up the gorgeous surroundings at this spot.

The quarry can get busy, so you'll have to plan ahead in order to secure a spot. Here's what to know about this enchanting swimming hole and how to get tickets.

The Elora Quarry is an iconic summer destination near Toronto. It's reopening on June 22, 2024 and tickets are now available online.

If you're dreaming of a day trip to this spot, you'll need to book tickets before you go. The tickets can be booked up to one week in advance and are released Friday afternoons for the following week (Monday through Sunday).

Each ticket allows you a 4-hour time slot from either 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Parking permits can be purchased separately.

The quaint town of Elora, known as "Ontario's most beautiful village" is just minutes from the quarry and is a dreamy spot to explore before or after your swimming experience.
