Valentine's Day is a week away, but Fred VanVleet's girlfriend is spreading the love a little early.

The pair are celebrating their 11th anniversary today, and Shontai Neal commemorated the occasion by sharing some deep-cut Freddy photos that are both heart-warming and hilarious.

Fred and Shontai have two kids together in Toronto, where VanVleet is contracted to stay until 2026.

And this morning, Shontai shared several old and new photos of the couple on her Instagram story.

There's been plenty to celebrate for VanVleet and his family in recent days — just a few days ago, he broke several NBA records in one game against the Orlando Magic.

The two have been sweethearts since meeting at high school in Illinois, according to Heavy, and the two stayed together through VanVleet's time at Wichita State University and his time now with the Raptors.
