The homes are on Lantern Bay Resort and are managed by Great Blue Resorts, who both rent and sell cottages.

The cozy property comes with two bedrooms, as well as swimming pool and beach access for just $79,000.

Great Blue Resorts has a number of cheap pre-owned cottages for sale on their Muskoka resort. Prices range from $171,900 to as low as $67,900.

Some of the more affordable homes only require $12,357 down and a weekly payment of $125 dollars.

There are also resorts in the Kawarthas and Perth, as well as in Niagara and Prince Edward County if you'd rather vacation in wine country.
