The Raptors' head coach is not only a beloved figure of Toronto's NBA team but also an adored husband and father. Nick Nurse has been in Toronto since becoming the team's assistant coach in 2013. Today, he lives in the Liberty Village area with his wife, Roberta, and their two kids, Leo and Rocky.

In a recent interview with Sportsnet, Nurse mentioned living near Liberty Village and the pride he has for the city.

After the 2019 championship win, Nurse and his family bought a house in the area.

Before that, they lived in a condo in the neighbourhood, much like Raptors players who have settled downtown.

Nick’s wife, Roberta Nurse, shares images and videos of their family life on Instagram, and they may be the cutest thing you see this week.

Recently, she shared an adorable image of one of their kids on his first day of school, rocking the coolest OVO hoodie like a true Torontonian.

Roberta Nurse is successful in her own right. She was a title-winning volleyball player at Florida Gulf Coast University and a member of one of Brazil's best volleyball teams.

She became an assistant volleyball coach at South Carolina's Winthrop University in 2014.

Perhaps the most tear-inducing post on her Instagram is her Father's Day tribute to Nick.

"You will always be PERFECT in our eyes," she wrote, along with a photo montage of their family moments.

Nick Nurse just signed a multiyear extension with the Raptors and it came with a huge payout.

He is now one of the highest-paid coaches in the NBA and will actually be making more than many of his players.

It looks like the Nurses are here to stay for a while, and he seems thrilled about that.

"Toronto has been my home for the past seven years, and I look forward to it being home for many more," Nurse said recently.
