Ontario's Getting Popeyes' Iconic Chicken Sandwich But You Won't Find It In Toronto
Parts of southwestern Ontario are in for a treat this Monday. The famous Popeyes' Chicken Sandwich is currently being previewed at 11 locations in the region where you can stop by and try one. However, you won't be able to find this snack anywhere in the 6ix.
The official launch date is slated for the fall, but the fast-food chain is currently giving customers a chance to try the famous meal a little earlier.

In an email to Narcity, Popeyes revealed that the sandwich will be available at locations in London, Sarnia, Windsor, Chatham, St. Thomas, and Strathroy, Ontario.
You can order a regular or spicy version of the popular meal for $5.99 + tax.
London, Ontario has the most selection, with five different restaurants to choose from.
Windsor will have two Popeyes franchises where it'll be available, while St. Thomas, Chatham, Sarnia and Strathroy will have one location each.
GTA cities are not on the list, so those in the Toronto area will have to wait a little longer to sink their teeth into this anticipated sandwich.

It was two months ago when Popeyes first revealed that its internet-breaking chicken sandwich would be coming to Canada in September.
In June, Edmonton was the first city in Canada to get a taste, and now multiple cities in Ontario will also get a turn.
