This Toronto park is one of the largest in North America and it's an autumn dream come true

You don't have to go too far in order to find stunning fall views. This Toronto park will have you feeling like you've been swept away to an autumn wonderland.

Rouge National Urban Park is a gorgeous destination to explore this fall. Bordering the cities of Toronto, Markham and Pickering as well as the Township of Uxbridge, the urban park one of the largest in North America, according to the website.

Spanning 19 square miles, it's actually 22 times larger than New York's Central Park.

Rouge National Urban Park is home to picturesque trails, leafy forests and breathtaking vistas, making it a prime spot to take in the fall splendour.

There are many hikes to enjoy that range from 15 minutes to 4 hours long.

One stunning trail to explore during the fall is the Vista Trail which takes you to a two-level viewing platform and is "one of the best places to view Toronto’s autumn colours and spectacular valley views," according to the website.

Another gorgeous fall hike is the Orchard Trail, where you'll travel through forests, wetlands and remnants of early European settlement, including old orchards, residences and a mill.

If you're looking for a quick hike with stunning views, you can wander along the Glen Eagles Vista Trail, which will take you 15 to 30 minutes and offers a gorgeous lookout over the Rouge River and Little Rouge Creek as well as bluffs surrounded by fall colours.

The park even offers free guided walks through the fall foliage so you can truly experience the changing seasons. On Thanksgiving Monday, you can enjoy "Snapsgiving" with a guided hike to "some of the best spots to capture that perfect fall photo and celebrate the season of gratitude in one of Rouge's hidden gems."

Other activities at the park include paddling, fishing, cycling and bird watching.
