Some property managers are now offering residents periods of free rent to occupy empty units.

In fact, some buildings are even throwing in gift cards to convince you to choose their unit.

One location on Bathurst is currently offering one month of free rent and a $500 visa gift card if you move in this month.

Back in December, it was reported that some spots had seen rent drop more than $500 since 2019.
