Toronto Leafs’ Mascot Named The Best In The NHL & Canucks' Mascot Most Disliked By Fans

Say what you want about the Toronto Maple Leafs, but the votes are in, and the team has the best mascot in the NHL league.
The Leafs' mascot, Carlton the Bear, was ranked number one out of all of the NHL mascots, according to a Play Canada survey.
Play Canada surveyed over 2,000 NHL fans across the U.S. and Canada and asked them to rank each mascot out of five.
Carlton the Bear came in with an average ranking of 3.81, with the runner-up Buffalo Sabres Sabretooth getting an average ranking of 3.74.
The Vancouver Canucks' Fin the Whale came in 26th place with an average ranking of 3.12 with Canucks fans coming in number one for "fans who dislike their team's mascot."
Also in first place for fans who dislike their team's mascot were fans of the Columbus Blue Jackets, whose mascot is Stinger.
The Columbus Blue Jackets' mascot ranked 30th on the list of best NHL mascots and had an average ranking of 2.83, making Stinger the worst NHL mascot in the league.
