As fall takes hold in Toronto, the beauty that accompanies the season is on full display and one of the best places to take it all in is at Glen Stewart Ravine.

Located in the east end of the city, the quietness and beauty this hidden gem has to offer will leave you feeling peaceful as the city slowly falls away (and apart) behind you.

It's more secluded than other parks, so you’ll be sure to find some plenty of moments for yourself.

There are so many different kinds of trees here that you'll have plenty of shapes and colours for early fall 'gramming.

The pathways are easy, and there are stairs throughout that are just as scenic as the trees.

The timing is great, with some leaves in full colour, but most the trees are still full and lush.

And though it feels like you're in another world, it's actually just a 10-minute walk from the Glen Manor stop on the Queen streetcar's eastern route.

This 11-hectare ravine is also a great spot for bird-watching, and if you look closely, you might even spot a chickadee or one of the last woodpeckers of the season.
