A brand new spot to work out, sip drinks and even enjoy a winter wonderland is coming to the city.
Toronto's Altea Active is an 89,000 square-foot social wellness club opening in Liberty Village this November 2021.
The club will sprawl across two floors of the Novus residential community, and it will feature everything from a yoga studio to a cocktail bar.
One of the most intriguing features is the KLAFS Polaris Ice Room, which includes backlit acrylic glass and an ice fountain that looks straight out of Frozen.
You can actually touch the ice and rub the crystals over your body for a spa experience fit for a snow queen.
The centre also includes a Himilayan salt lounge, bowling lanes, a giant lap pool, and the largest cycling studio in Canada.
Preregistration will be available this summer, so get ready to visit this giant, icy, wellness wonderland.
Price: $95 - $125/month
