The annual Uber Lost & Found Index has just been released and it turns out Canadians left some truly odd items in their rides over the past 12 months.

With this year's index, the most commonly lost items were phones, cameras, wallets and purses, but the most unique items are things you might not expect people to forget.

Some of the outrageous lost items include fishing rods from Canadian Tire, a microwave, juggling balls, a framed diploma, a retainer with a tooth attached to it, bunny tail, sparkling wand and poutine.

Uber said that the most forgetful days of the week are Fridays and Saturdays and most items are left behind during the night at 8 p.m., 11 p.m. and midnight.
