The BC weather forecast is going to be the wettest in the entire country, with a "storm parade" set to hit the coast for the next eight to 10 days straight.

Right after the strong windstorm, and tornado, that hit parts of the province early this week, this upcoming bout of weather is set to make coastal B.C. "the wettest part of the country," according to The Weather Network.

TWN is tracking over three low-pressure systems, that will bring heavy amounts of moisture to the area in the upcoming days. For the coast, this means lots of rain, but up higher it should make for a good start to the ski season. TWN predicted heavy alpine snow and snow in parts of the mountain passes.

"That will bring copious amounts of rain along coastal B.C., and some for the Rockies, too, but lesser totals," TWN added. This upcoming rainy forecast will "likely" set some areas above their normal precipitation totals for the month.

Looking at the seven-day forecast for Vancouver, it's seeming as rainy as expected, with gloomy days for the foreseeable future and loads of rain.

Environment Canada does have a rainfall warning in effect for the North Coast, which said that "approximately 60 mm has already fallen since Wednesday morning. A further 50 to 70 mm is expected before the rain eases Friday morning," over Kitimat.

The warning also said that flash floods are possible, as well as localized flooding.
