There's immediate support through text messages, information on common mental health issues, mental wellness programs, communities of support and one-on-one counselling through phone, text and video.

You can start using Wellness Together Canada by doing a self-assessment or contacting a program navigator if you're not sure where to start.

There is also a way to track your progress once you start with continued assessments.

If you're not ready for a support program that's tailored to you, you can access educational resources, online courses and free counselling for things like anxiety, stress, addiction and more.

There are also youth resources available, including immediate crisis support through text messages.

On Bell Let's Talk Day, Justin Trudeau said that it's time to "start talking" about mental health and urged people to use Wellness Together Canada.
