Beignet Shoppe | Handout The pop-up, which is in partnership with 6 Spice Rack, was created by a couple who discovered the fluffy pastries during their travels and wanted to bring the taste to Canada. Beignet Shoppe | Handout Some staples include the New Orleans Chick, which has crispy fried chicken and Cheetos sandwiched between the pillowy pastry, and the Chocolate Lover, which comes with Oreo cookie cheesecake, dark chocolate chips, and Nutella espresso sauce.
