The Government of Canada runs one of the biggest junk shops in the country, and they're selling off some seriously random and cheap stuff in Ontario.

They sell trucks and speedboats as well as cardboard boxes, dental equipment, and stuff they call "repair shop equipment."

GCSurplus is the official Government of Canada website where you can register and bid on the perfect holiday gifts for those hard-to-shop-for friends.

Some of the items are surplus, meaning the government just had too much stuff on their hands, and others were seized by bodies like the RCMP or OPP if they suspect the items were used in a crime or purchased with illegally gotten funds.

You can search by keywords or use their category menu items ("chemicals and chemical products"; "livestock") to find what you're looking for. Some of the items offer shipping and some you'll have to haul away yourself.

We took a look through Ontario's listings and found some truly bizarre things.
