It looks like the Adamson BBQ saga continues. 

Adam Skelly, the owner of the Etobicoke restaurant, was reportedly released on bail Friday, after appearing in court near Finch Avenue West, according to CP24

The controversial restaurateur is next scheduled to appear in court on January 4, 2021.

William Adamson Skelly, 33, of Toronto, has been arrested. He has also been issued a summons under Failing to Comply with the Reopening Ontario Act.

Toronto Police Services 

Skelly was handcuffed and escorted out of his restaurant following a dramatic stand-off with Toronto police on Thursday.

His charges include attempt to obstruct police, mischief under $5000, and trespassing.

A GoFundMe has so far raised over $150k to help pay the 33-year-old's legal fees.

Another demonstrator was also detained by responding officers and has been charged with six counts of assault. 

Adamson BBQ has since been boarded up to keep protestors from entering.
