Three Ontario regions are going to be slowly opening back up this weekend. \nIn a press conference on Tuesday, Doug Ford announced that Ontario's closures of restaurants and gyms will be lifted from Ottawa, Peel and York regions. Establishments will be able to reopen as of this Saturday, November, 7 at 12:01 a.m. \nEditor's Choice: Ontario Town Declares State Of Emergency Ahead Of 'Civil Unrest' At Anti-Mask Rally\n\n\n\nNovember 7\n\n\nWhen restaurants and gyms will reopen. \n\n\n\n\nFord stated that these venues will face restricted hours and capacity limits to help continue to stop the spread of COVID-19. \nToronto will remain in the modified stage two until November 14. \n"We can start to transition regions away from modified stage two restrictions, which were always intended as short term measures," said Ford. \nFord stated that they will continue to provide updates on the status of regions each week. \nOn October 10, Toronto, Peel and Ottawa all reverted back to a modified stage two of Ontario's reopening plan. \nDoug Ford was quick to also add York region to these modified rules.
