Ontario Is Officially Putting Even More Regions Into Lockdown On Monday

In a press release on Friday, the government stated that both Windsor and York are being moved into the grey zone.
Moving a region into Grey-Lockdown is not an easy decision, but it is one we needed to make in order to help stop the spread of the virus.
The two spots will officially be in lockdown as of Monday, December 14, 2020, at 12:01 a.m.
Residents who live in these regions will no longer be able to have any indoor gatherings.
All restaurants and retail spaces will be closed, but will still be available for delivery and curbside pickup.
Cinemas, personal care services, and casinos will also be forced to shut their doors.
Christine Elliott, Minister of Health, is still urging all residents to continue to follow public health guidelines.
"As we enter the holiday season and as the province prepares to receive its first shipment of COVID-19 vaccines, it remains crucial for all Ontarians to continue adhering to public health advice and workplace safety measures to reduce the spread of the virus and keep each other safe."
The government also announced on Friday thatwere moving into the yellow, orange and red zones.
On November 23, Toronto and Peel were theplaced in lockdown.
