John Tory Tory told the outlet that these measures could be reminiscent of what life was like in the spring, at the start of the pandemic. "Everyone deserves some notice which means the decision has to be made before next Sunday," he said. While the exact measures are still being discussed, Tory said to CP24 that he hopes to include the city's surrounding areas. Ultimately, the decision will have to be made by the provincial government.
