"For 12 weeks, they learned about Indigenous history and contemporary issues and watched weekly deep-dive discussions with course presenters hosted on YouTube," the Alumni page's Facebook post reads.

When the Schitt's Creek star initially shared the news that he'd signed up, he said that he wasn't a good student growing up and that group support really helped his learning.

"If 2020 has taught us anything it's that we need to actively relearn history," Dan Levy said.

The course is still available for online signup and it is still completely free of charge.

You don't need to live in Canada to join, so everyone is welcome!
