Troll Falls is a short hike near Kananaskis Improvement which is about an hour's drive from Calgary. 

The hike is a total of 3.4 kilometres, there and back, and is good for just about any level of hiker

To get there you’ll want to turn right at the Kananaskis Village Turnoff, continue straight, then turn at the first right which will be a gravel road, according to Alltrails

It's heavily trafficked and well-marked so you can't miss it. 

The frozen waterfall is a sight to behold and it really pops on those sweet, bluebird days we all know and love. 

Winter isn't a four-month timeout, get the heck outside!
