The city also boasts a low average annual snowfall, just 39.7 cm. To give you some perspective, Ottawa gets an average of 53.9 cm in January alone.

The summers here are pleasantly warm and range from 15.2 C to 19.1 C. If you ask us, that is perfect patio weather, as you won't feel like you are melting in your seat.

Why You Need To Go: Wineries, waterfalls, and beaches you can find so much to see in this vast city within the Niagara Region. In this area, you can enjoy an average temperature between -3.8 C to 21.9 C and only nine days a year with over 5 cm of snow.
While in St. Catharines, it is also unlikely you'll get soaked from a massive storm. There are typically just four days with heavy rainfall of over 25 mm.

Why You Need To Go: Located on Lake Erie, in southern Ontario, you can enjoy warm weather and little snow. Port Colborne weather hardly dips below zero in the winter, and they only get two days a year with over 1 cm of snow.
If you are looking to soak up the sunshine, on a beach, you can't go wrong with heading here. In July and August, you can enjoy an average temperature of 21 C.
