SpaceX wants to send you to space on the world's first-ever all-civilian mission, and all you have to do is enter for a chance at a seat onboard the Dragon spacecraft.

Founder Elon Musk announced Monday that the company plans to send the all-civilian mission, called Inspiration4, into orbit by the fourth quarter of 2021.

The mission will be commanded by tech billionaire and accomplished aviator Jared Isaacman, who is raffling off three seats alongside him aboard Dragon to the general public.

Before launch, the selected crew will receive astronaut training from SpaceX on both the launch vehicle and Dragon spacecraft, including orbital mechanics, operating in microgravity, zero gravity, and other forms of stress testing.

Once the crew is prepped, Inspiration4 will leave Earth from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, where it will be launched into orbit on a multi-day journey.

Traveling at over 17,000 mph, the spacecraft will travel around the planet every 90 minutes on a customized flight path.

Back on the ground, the journey will be carefully monitored at every step by SpaceX mission control.
