So gear up the car, grab your boo or besties, and hit the road for these hidden Georgia gems you can't let yourself miss out on.

Dixie Speedway 

Price: $15

Why You Need To Go: This is a fun way to let loose and really have a good time. You'll watch motorcycles and cars race all night long and to get you through the night, you can bring in a cooler full of drinks.

Providence Canyon State Park 

Price: $5 for parking 

Address: 8930 Canyon Rd., Lumpkin, GA 

Why You Need To Go: Otherwise known as the "Little Grand Canyon," this spot gives amazing views while getting a little workout on.


Rolater Park

Price: Free

Address: 13 Old Cedartown Rd., Cave Spring, GA

Why You Need To Go: This park has a secret cave that has natural mineral spring water that runs right through it. On one side of the spring, visitors can actually fill up their water bottles, and on the other side, you can get in and cool off.


Etowah Indian Mounds

Price: $6

Address: 813 Indian Mound Rd. SE, Cartersville, GA

Why You Need To Go: There are six mounds, a plaza and a village site you can learn about and explore. The largest mound stands at 63-feet high and you can climb to the top of it. This is a unique way to learn about the Native Americans who lived here for hundreds of years. 


Flint RiverQuarium

Why You Need To Go: This aquarium focuses on fish and other animals that come right from the Flint River. The hot attraction here is the Blue Hole Spring that houses over 120 types of fish, turtles, and more.


Raven Cliff Falls

Price: $5 parking fee

Address: 3000 Richard Russell Hwy, Helen, GA

Why You Need To Go: This is a longer hike, coming in at about 6.6-miles round trip, but it'll lead you to a refreshing waterfall and swimming hole. The waterfall cascades over a cliff which makes for a beautiful scene.


Outpost Gold & Gem Mining Co.

Price: $12

Address: 7901 S Main St., Helen, GA 

Why You Need To Go: You can pan for gold, crack open your own geodes and find your own unique gems and crystals at this spot and take them all home.
