Justin Trudeau Says His Government Will Talk To Whole Foods About Their 'Silly Mistake'
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has finally spoken up about the controversial Whole Foods situation going down online.
Seemingly everyone had something to say, from major Canadian leaders to fellow food chains.
In a press conference Friday, Trudeau made his remarks in regards to the company banning employees from wearing a poppy to work.

I think Whole Foods has made a silly mistake that I am hoping they will correct very quickly.

Trudeau told reporters that his government is handling the situation and they have the minister of veteran affairs engaging directly with Whole Foods already.
But he also took a second to express his personal opinion on the decision.
"I think Whole Foods has made a silly mistake that I am hoping they will correct very quickly," he said.
He also said that this occurrence happens like clockwork, where almost every year at least one organization "makes a mistake" regarding Remembrance Day.
However, he said these oversteps are typically corrected thanks to public outcry and this issue is no different and should be settled in the coming days.
The drama is far from over as Canadian leaders have also discussed changing legislations following this.
Doug Ford has said he wants to make prohibiting poppies illegal.
What's more, the NDP reportedly introduced a motion in the House to stop the company from following through with their plans, and it was passed.
