As reported by CTV News, Nikki is an Instagram influencer from Toronto.

Allan McMordie, a search manager for North Shore Rescue, told the news outlet that she has been posting photos of her journey and even shared images from the top of St. Mark's.

CBC News reported that the hiker called her boyfriend at the summit and again when she was on the way down.

She reportedly said that she was lost and distressed before the call dropped, Team Leader Mike Danks told CBC.

North Shore Rescue says that Nikki was likely wearing a black ski jacket and they shared a photo of her equipment.

"Any information and sightings will be helpful for us to narrow down a Point Last Seen," they wrote. "Please contact the WVPD at 604-925-7300."
