It looks like Arizona's Public School Systems are lagging behind the rest of the country.

WalletHub's most recent study ranked U.S. state public school systems in order of best to worst.

Out of 51

The Grand Canyon state's 49th place was determined based on "33 key metrics," including performance, safety, class size, funding, and instructor credentials. 

It also ranked 50 out of 51, quality-wise.

As it turns out, Arizonans are some of the most stressed out in the country too.
