With sweeping views, tree-lined trails, limestone cliffs and autumn splendour, it's a magical place to enjoy the vibrant shades of the season.

Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area, located in Milton, will make all your fall dreams come true.

According to the website, the destination "will take your breath away" with its gorgeous scenery and majestic lookout.

One beautiful trail to explore is the 3 kilometre Buffalo Crag Trail. The hike takes you to Buffalo Crag Lookout Point, where you can enjoy "one of the best views on the escarpment."

It also leads past several other lookout points including Nassagaweya Canyon Lookout and Trafalgar Lookout.

You can gaze over a patchwork of red and orange and breathe in the crisp fall air.

If you're up for a longer adventure, you can hike the Nassagaweya Canyon Trail which is 9.4 kilometres roundtrip and connects to Crawford Lake.

Reservations are not required to visit Rattlesnake Point but are recommended. You can make your reservation online and save money on gate fees.

Admission costs $10.50 per adult.
