This Ontario attraction lets you experience the fall colours in a totally unique way. With cozy village views, golden-hued forests and a trickling river, you'll feel like you've fallen into an autumn dream.

The Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, located at Blue Mountain, is a thrilling year-round attraction that takes you flying down a mountain.

The first of its kind in the province, the Ridge Runner features a 1 kilometre that winds through a forest and offers beautiful views of the Niagara Escarpment and Blue Mountain Village.

Be prepared for a fast ride, because the coaster can reach speeds of up to 42 kilometres per hour. However, you'll be in control of your own speed.

The track stretches 1000 metres high and crosses over a stream and stunning hiking area. It also features a corkscrew turn for some extra fun.

While the Ridge Runner is open year-round, fall is an especially magical time to experience the ride. You'll be swept into an autumn paradise as you speed past red and gold trees and cozy vistas.

In order to experience the attraction, you can purchase a Play All Day Pass or Play All Evening ticket which grants you access to the entire Blue Mountain Adventure Park. Prices start at $46 per adult for the Play All Day Pass.

Blue Mountain Village offers lots of additional fall fun, including gorgeous hikes and an apple festival.

Enjoy your ride!
