If you're looking for the ultimate fall adventure, you'll want to plan a road trip to this stunning attraction. Offering towering views and vibrant foliage, it's a unique way to get outdoors and enjoy the beauty of the season.

The attraction allows you to wander right across a canyon on a massive suspension bridge that gives you a front-row seat to the autumn colours.

Eagle Canyon Adventures, located less than an hour from Thunder Bay, is home to two majestic suspension bridges, including the longest suspension footbridge in Canada.

The towering bridge extends 600 feet across the canyon and hangs at a height of 152 feet above the canyon floor.

You can also check out the smaller bridge, which reaches 300 feet across the canyon and 125 feet above the canyon floor.

The suspension bridges offer stunning views in the fall, when the canyon is painted with vibrant autumn hues. You can gaze over a tapestry of colours and watch the spring-fed lake shimmer from the canyon floor.

Aside from the bridges, the area offers some beautiful fall hikes, including some that take you right down into the canyon.

Eagle Canyon Adventures also has a souvenir shop where you'll find gifts and snacks, as well as picnic areas where you can enjoy a meal.

The area is open seven days a week until October 15, so there's still time to plan that fall adventure.
