Cooler temperatures are on the way, and you can almost hear those sleigh bells ringing.

If you're way too excited about winter, then you can head to Ontario's first snowfall spots this week to catch an early glimpse of the upcoming season.

While southern Ontario isn't quite ready for autumn to end yet, several places in northern Ontario are expected to receive some snow over the next few days.

Thunder Bay already received its first dumping of snow on Saturday, when locals awoke to a sparkling white wonderland.

It's time to dig out your winter gear and take a trip up north to catch the first snow this week.
