If you are looking for a super affordable way to enjoy the sunshine, look no further. You can visit one of these cute pick-your-own strawberry farms near Ottawa.

For those of you who haven't gone berry picking before, you'll want to add this activity to your summer bucket list.

Collecting strawberries requires little effort to fill your basket. Then once you go home, you can enjoy sweet and juicy berries all week long.

The strawberry season depends on the weather but is usually from mid-June to July. Before you visit, make sure to contact the farm to check the state of their crop.
