In a recent Facebook post, we asked readers for Canada's best fall-colour destinations, and this dreamy Ontario town was one of the spots mentioned.

Collingwood is a beautiful village located along the shores of Georgian Bay, about 2 hours from Toronto.

With heritage storefronts and warm cafes, the downtown has a timeless charm that feels plucked from a cozy autumn tale—ideal for browsing local gems and indulging in sweet treats.

With over 60 kilometres of recreational trails, Collingwood offers some stunning fall hikes. You can take in the foliage along the waterfront, wander through red and gold forests, and more.

There are also some breathtaking hikes located just outside the town, such as Nottowsaga Bluffs Conservation Area and Devil's Glen Provincial Park. You can also head to Scenic Caves Nature Adventures, where you'll find southern Ontario's longest suspension footbridge, taking you soaring over the fall colours below.
