Dallas Zoo Is Turning Into A Magical Holiday Lights Wonderland This November
These wild lights will bring you joy.
The city is going to be filled with colorful holiday lights soon. There won't be a street in the city without some form of twinking decor. One of the more stunning light shows in Dallas will be the one at the Dallas Zoo. The holiday light show will begin to take over the zoo on November 15 and will run until January 5.
The zoo will have tons of lights that will transform the animal-filled safari into a wonderland of lights. You'll be able to stroll through the zoo running into life-sized lanterns in the shapes of all your favorite animals.
Some of the things you'll be able to see at the zoo will be a giant rainbow arch you can walk through, a sleigh photo opportunity, and you'll even be able to decorate Christmas ornaments. The light show will start at 5 p.m. and run through 9 p.m. The animals will be in bed by then, but you'll be able to stop by beforehand to see all your favorites before the sun goes down and the lights turn on.
You won't have to go hungry as there will be seasonal snacks like hot chocolate, S’mores, specialty donuts, and funnel cakes.
Tickets to enter this illuminating exhibit are just $17, but if you happen to be a member of the Dallas Zoo, you can enjoy all of this for free. The show is included with general admission for the day, so you won't need to pay twice to enjoy these twinkling lights.
For more Dallas light fun, check outin Grand Prairie, which has the world's longest light tunnel opening soon. You can also stop by for tons of icy fun.
