Lavender season is coming up and soon, fields across the province will fill with fragrant purple blooms. This lavender farm near Toronto has some enchanting experiences planned for the summer and you don't even need a car to get there.

You can enjoy stretching fields of purple, a charming river walk, adorable animals and more while visiting this spot.

Starting in June, the farm is hosting dreamy High-Tea Lavender Garden Picnics where you can indulge in all sorts of dishes and drinks amidst the blooms.

It's a magical experience to enjoy with family, friends, or a loved one and tickets are already on sale.

Avalon Lavender Farm, located in Mono, Ontario, is home to 30,000 lavender plants in 7 different cultivars.

The farm has partnered with PIANO PIANO to bring back its High-Tea Lavender Garden Picnics each Saturday from June 22 to August 10, 2024.

You can dig into all sorts of sweet and savoury treats, including Lemon Ricotta Scones to Burrata al Campagnolo with Focaccia while gazing over the purple fields.

You don't need to miss out on the fun just because you don't have a car. Avalon Lavender Farm and Balzac's Coffee are offering rides between Balzac's Liberty Village and the farm every Saturday.

The bus tickets include either Field Access or High-Tea as well as a gift card to purchase the Avalon Chamomile Lavender Tea at Balzac's.
