Freezing Rain & Wintry Weather To Hit Some Parts Of Ontario Just Before Spring

Spring is just a few days away and Ontario's weather forecast has been full of sunshine, until now.

According to the Weather Network (TWN), parts of the province will get a blast of wintry weather by tomorrow, and it's going to be a soaker.

TWN reports that the Georgian Bay area will be pelted by freezing rain by Wednesday evening, with a low of -9 C by Thursday. 

A "period of rain" is also expected to hit the Greater Toronto Area by Thursday morning, but, it'll be short-lived.

However, the weekend will bring double-digit highs and sunshine allowing residents a proper start to spring.
