It looks like Mother Nature is giving us a break from that cold air.

Ontario's weather forecast is predicting unseasonably warm daytime highs this week, and it's all thanks to a super typhoon.

According to The Weather Network, remnants of Super Typhoon Goni will begin warming up the province by Wednesday, creating summer-like conditions by the weekend.

Daytime highs will reach 20 C by Monday, a drastic change of pace compared to this week's snowy start.

It won't just be warm either. Ontario is also on track to receive an abundant amount of sunshine.

The weather anomaly is expected to taper off by next Thursday. However, it won't be an immediate return to chilly weather.

In fact, temperatures are predicted to remain on the milder side of seasonal, delaying the cold arrival.

"This delay in the arrival of the consistently cold weather will make for quite a contrast to the past two Novembers we've had," meteorologist Doug Gilham stated.
