This driver has screwed up so many times that it's almost impressive.

On Wednesday afternoon, Ontario Provincial Police pulled over a Toronto driver who already has eight lifetime bans.

That's right — eight lifetime bans. According to the Orangeville Banner, even the officer was shocked.

Constable Shannon Gordanier, Dufferin OPP

According to OPP Central Region, Timothy Fraser of Toronto was arrested and charged with several offences.

The charges include speeding, operating a vehicle while prohibited, driving under suspension, as well as operating a vehicle without insurance, and with unauthorized plates, reports the Niagara Falls Review.

Constable Gordanier told the outlet that the "eight lifetime prohibitions would have something to do with a criminal conviction."

A lifetime ban is only handed out to drivers who have accumulated multiple criminal code offences, according to the provincial government.

Fraser is set to appear in Orangeville court in December.
