If your New Year's resolution was to eat healthy but you're struggling to keep to your goals because there are so many restaurants in Toronto, fret not — here are spots that could keep you motivated.

OpenTable released a list of the top 100 restaurants in Canada to find healthy bites, and 18 Toronto restaurants ranked on the list.

"Compiled from over 1.1M OpenTable diner reviews and using dining metrics including the percentage of reviews tagged 'healthy', diner ratings and five-star reviews, the list highlights some of the top spots favoured by diners," OpenTable stated.

Without further ado, these are the best Toronto restaurants for healthy eats, according to OpenTable:
