Squamish's Surreal 100-Meter Suspension Bridge Needs To Be On Your BC Bucket List

Those views though. 🤯

Summer is almost over but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in some last-minute activities. The Squamish suspension bridge needs to be added to your B.C. bucket list right now. If you’re searching for a proper adrenaline rush then this is the perfect thing for you.

The views in B.C. are amazing but can you imagine seeing them from a birds-eye view?

Squamish has its very own suspension bridge and it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area. Or, you might even want to make the trip just to experience it.

The Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge is 100 meters long and gives you some of the best views of the province.

You're literally hundreds of feet in the air. Don’t worry, it’s totally safe.

The bridge will offer you 360-degree views that are totally uninterrupted. You’ll be able to have views as far as the eye can see in all directions.

Open all year round, you need to see it for yourself at least once.

Tickets to visit the bridge will cost you $52.95 if purchased online.

If you buy your tickets at the window on the day you go, expect to pay $54.95 on a weekday and $59.95 on a weekend.

The best time to go is during the week as it won’t be completely jam-packed. It also helps to hit it up in the shoulder seasons.

If you plan on going more then once, you can always purchase a seasonal pass for $159.

This activity is perfect if you’re looking for a thrill. Don’t take our word for it, just look at the pictures.

The bridge itself is huge and it dips down into the Howe Sound valley as you walk.

Eventually, you'll get to a lookout that's worth the sweaty palms and shaking legs.

In our opinion, the best time to go is right before sunset. Having a view that high up will give you a light show like you’ve never seen before and it’s totally romantic.

While you’re at the park, consider hitting up the gondola.

If you’re a little nervous about walking the bridge but still want the sky-high views, the gondola is the next best option.

Needless to say, this suspension bridge needs to be added to the bucket list next to all the hikes, waterfalls, and hidden beaches around the province.
