A former star of Real Housewives of New York City is in Vancouver working on a new film project.

Bethenny Frankel has been in B.C. for a few days and the reality star is sharing a lot of photos and videos from various spots she's visited so far in the West Coast city.

In one Instagram video, Frankel revealed why she's in Vancouver and the details she could share about a new project.

In a get ready video, the reality star said she was preparing for her first day as an actress.

"Last week I got a strange call saying would you want to be in a movie but you have to leave next week to Vancouver," she said in the clip.

"I’m going in today to do the first script reading and a wardrobe fitting."

Frankel didn't specify which film she's working on, so we'll have to stay tuned for those details. Vancouver is a hub for films and shows and there are several currently filming in B.C.

The CEO of the Skinny Girl brand also shared some Vancouver restaurants she's tried thus far.

In one TikTok clip, Frankel shared that her first meal in Vancouver was take-out from a restaurant called OEB Breakfast Co. Frankel ordered an egg white omelette and some fruit.

She also shared a walk through a breakfast buffet at Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver and a stop at The Licorice Parlour on Granville Island.

Frankel spent the weekend exploring Vancouver and went to Granville Island before she began filming.

"We're having the best time in Vancouver. What a great city, a beautiful city, really nice people, really nice shopping and really good food," she said in a TikTok video.

"There's a street called Robson Street and everything on there makes you feel like you're in Japan, it's really cool."

Frankel also taste-tested a few donuts from Lee's Donuts on Granville Island, including a matcha donut and a strawberry red velvet

"It has the consistency of an apple cider donut, it's a nice donut," she said of the matcha treat.

In the end, it sounds like Frankel and her friend weren't the biggest fans of Lee's Donuts and the reality star said it didn't compare to Grindstone Donuts in New York.

Aside from not enjoying the donuts, it looks like Frankel is loving her time in Vancouver and we can't wait to see what spots she visits next!
