On top of this Vancouver restaurant being named the best in all of Canada, it was also just announced to be Michelin-worthy too.
Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson is the executive chef of Published on Main, which ranked right at the top of Canada's 100 Best Restaurants List for 2022 and won one Michelin star on October 27.
The chef of this highly acclaimed spot has let Narcity in on a few of his favourite places to eat in the city, so if you're looking for a new spot to try, now you'll know where to go.
He's the brain behind some of the restaurant's more adventurous dishes — which ended up winning the judges over.
