This Ontario small town is a magical place to visit during the spring, especially if you're on the hunt for cherry blossoms. With charming streets, quaint shops and endless blooms, you'll feel like you've stepped into a storybook.

The town was recently named one of the five best spots to see cherry blossoms in Canada by Skyscanner, so it's worth planning a spring road trip.

It's one of two Ontario destinations that made the cut and features blossom-lined streets, scenic drives and more.

Plus, it's just an hour and a half from Toronto, so you don't have to go too far in order to enjoy this beautiful, flower-filled destination.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is the place to be if you want to see gorgeous cherry blossoms this spring.

The small town is known for its historic charm and romantic vibes and it's even more beautiful when filled with dreamy blooms.

According to Skyscanner, the best spot to see the cherry blossoms is along the Niagara Parkway from April to May.

You can also see the blooms throughout Old Town, at The Gardens at Pillar and Post and outside of the Prince of Wales Hotel.

The other Ontario spot that made the list is Toronto. Cherry blossom hunters will want to head to High Park from April to May to see this floral spectacle.

"We are seeing a growing trend with travellers looking for 'destination dupes,' where travellers can experience popular destinations that might have less crowds and lower price tags," Laura Lindsay, Skyscanner Travel Trends and Destination expert said in a press release.

"Canadians are so lucky to have a plethora of destinations where they can see cherry blossoms bloom in the spring."

The other three spots on the list are Vancouver, Victoria and Montreal. With spring just around the corner, it's time to start planning some blossom-filled adventures.
