Condé Nast Traveler revealed the "19 Underrated Places to Travel This Summer," and this Canadian spot made the list.

The province of Québec was named among the top underrated spots to visit around the globe this summer. Located a short drive from Ottawa, the region is brimming with cozy towns, stunning architecture and more.

According to Condé Nast Traveler, "Québec City is home to all the same type of charm you'll find in Europe but without the exceptionally long flight to get there."

You'll also want to spend some time in Old Québec City, where you can wander along "some of the oldest streets in North America" and imagine you're in a charming village in France.

Montréal is brimming with things to do during the summer months, from museums to open-air markets and patios brimming with delicious food.
